We offer shipping to Canadian and continental United States addresses. See the shipping information here. For orders shipping to a location outside of the continental U.S. or Canada, please contact us here so we can discuss our options.

Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged in any way, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please contact us here within seven (7) days of receiving the product. We will ask you to email us a picture and we will happily make arrangements to send you a new one.

Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us here. A refund will be issued if the product is returned within twenty (20) business days of original ship date on the invoice. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days from our receipt of your returned item(s) to process the return and credit your account. Note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). If your shipping value is over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
