Step 2 - Add secondary actives

Instructions:

So, you've picked CoEnzyme Q10. In Step 2 you can add a secondary function for your serum or choose more actives to enhance the effects of Coenzyme Q10.

Anti-Oxidant infusion with Strawberry and Raspberry

Anti-oxidants are the best skin nutrients to fight free-radical damage from UV and can enhance the effects of CoEnzyme Q10 to make an anti-oxidant super-hero serum. Strawberry seed oil and Raspberry concentrate are anti-oxidant powerhouses that contain vitamins A, B, C and E. They help reduce free-radical damage and maintain skin elasticity. These two anti-oxidants are good for all skin types.

Boost collagen with Vitamin C & E

Why this? Because vitamin C is to-date known as the most effective ingredient in stimulating collagen production in skin. Vitamin E helps maintain skin’s elasticity and pomegranate seed oil is highly prized for its remarkable anti-oxidant effects.

Add vitamin C for additional skin firming and anti-aging benefits of your serum.

As we age, our skin’s collagen synthesis is reduced. Collagen is the protein responsible for structure and firmness of skin. Furthermore, Elastin, a protein that maintains skin’s elasticity is reduced. When skin’s collagen and elastin are impacted, wrinkles happen.
  • Our vitamin C (chemical name Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate ) is a vitamin C ester derived from pure vitamin C (L-ascorbyl acid) and more powerful and stable than L-ascorbyl acid. It penetrates deeply to the innermost layers of your skin and stimulates collagen production. In addition it protects against oxidative damage from UV.
  • Vitamin E (in rice bran oil) restores skin’s structure by helping your skin rebuild elastin so skin is firmer and smoother
  • Pomegranate oil has a very high anti-oxidant level to combat free-radical damage and it also has Punicic acid that is anti-inflammatory and soothing to skin

Fade dark spots with Rosehip seed & Sea buckthorn berry

One secret of radiant skin is a toned and even complexion. Hyper pigmentation, acne scars, sun spots, age spots and uneven skin tone can kill your face’s mojo. That’s where these two super ingredients come into play. Rosehip seed and Sea buckthorn concentrates work deep within skin to fade spots and discolorations while helping skin heal and regenerate, creating younger, glowing skin. A perfect weapon against pre-mature aging from excessive sun exposure or environmental pollutants, these ingredients are sure to bring that toned radiance back to your gorgeous skin.
  • Rosehip seed oil is packed with retinoic acid or vitamin A, (natural source of Tretinoin or Retin A), that is highly skin resurfacing and reverses the damage caused by photo aging such as sun spots and hyper pigmentation. Anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant it’s also high in vitamin C and lycopene that repair and regenerate skin while protecting against sun and other environment stressors that can affect the healthy glow of your skin. Our rosehip seed oil is cold pressed (retaining all of its valuable nutrients).
  • Sea buckthorn berry oil is high in carotenoids (giving it a rich orange color) and vitamins A, C and E all of which will reduce the appearance of old scars, sun damage and brown spots while promoting regeneration. Bioactives in Sea Buckthorn berry protects skin from cellular level sun damage and environmental pollutants (Russian cosmonauts used this oil to protect against radiation burns in space).
A wonderful addition to your serums, Sea buckthorn berry and Rosehip seed will help fade spots, small scars and help you showcase flawless skin.
